Return Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Radium Fitness. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product.

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the following:

It must be returned in its original packaging in its original condition. Applicable manuals, paper work, parts and accessories must accompany the return. If the item or items require our vans for pick up, an additional charge may apply. Online, shipped orders will need to be shipped back at your expense. Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product. Original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be refunded in the original method of payment. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by cash less original delivery, assembly, freight, shipping, restocking fees and any handling charges.
